All foreign travellers arriving in Singapore (excluding Singapore Residents) can purchase this policy.

Singapore Resident means Singapore citizen, Singapore permanent resident, a holder of a valid work permit, employment pass, dependant’s pass, long-term visit pass, S pass or student pass issued by the authorities in Singapore.

This policy provides cover for up to 90 consecutive days from the date of arrival in Singapore.

Yes, you can purchase an individual policy for your child if he/she is at least 1 day old.

No, this policy only provides coverage for COVID-19 related conditions.

No, there is no age limit to purchase this policy. No, you will be covered under the policy regardless of your age.

You can submit your claim online via the Chubb Claims Centre

The Chubb Claims Centre allows you to register and track the progress of your claim, at your convenience. Simply:
  • Ensure you have all the required documents ready for submission
  • Submit your claim online and attach all supporting documents required

Upon submission of claim, you will receive a claim reference number via email which you can use to track the progress of your claim.
