When does my coverage begin?

Coverage starts upon arrival in Singapore and terminates upon departure from Singapore or expiry of period of insurance (maximum 90 consecutive days), whichever is earlier.

If you have purchased the Journey Cancellation add-on benefit, the coverage starts from 15 days prior to your departure date or date of policy purchase, whichever is later.
